Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HR functions of our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions, ensuring that the best candidates are selected for each role.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and training to employees, addressing their concerns and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring that employees understand their benefits and are able to access them easily.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including those related to hiring, firing, and workplace safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including employment law, wage and hour law, and workers' compensation.
