Job Title: HR Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and drive critical process initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify compliance gaps, design targeted implementation projects, and drive their execution in collaboration with various teams.

About the Role:
  • Manage end-to-end process design, integrating compliance requirements for streamlined workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes.
  • Implement control points within HR processes to ensure early detection of operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Benchmark industry trends and best practices to stay current on emerging compliance processes.
  2. Track industry best practices and identify emerging HR-related compliance requirements.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance readiness.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Lead or practitioner in a large-scale organization, managing complex compliance programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR-related labor legislations, statutory, regulatory, collective, industry, and/or professional compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience in Compliance Project management or HR Operational leadership.

This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate compliance challenges and drive impactful results through strategic project management and collaboration.
