Bioprocess Sales Expert

As a seasoned bioprocess sales expert, you will be responsible for driving business development by analyzing leads and formal bid invitations to create cost-effective solutions that meet project requirements.

You will act as the key customer contact for techno-commercial details during the project sales acquisition process. In this role, you will implement Value-Based Selling strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders to develop the appropriate sales strategy and technical and commercial solutions for the customer.

Key responsibilities include leading consulting discussions with customers regarding end-to-end process solutions and engineering designs. You will also act as a bridge between process engineering resources and clients to understand and construct a value proposition aligned with process requirements and business imperatives.

An ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to present at technical conferences is also essential. Strong strategic and analytical skills to create differentiated solutions are required.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Biochemical, Biology or Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institute is mandatory. A post-engineering qualification in Management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop integrated solutions project business by analyzing leads and formal bid invitations to create cost-effective solutions that meet project requirements.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Biochemical, Biology or Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institute.
  • A post-engineering qualification in Management is an added advantage.
  • Extensive experience in industrial selling, preferably in the biopharmaceuticals market.
