Inside Sales Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in laboratory and bioprocess sales, looking to leverage their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth within the life science industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to laboratory and bioprocess products.
  • Understand technical specifications and applications of lab equipment, reagents, and bioprocess solutions.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and research applications.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product teams to resolve customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales and pricing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
