This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, lead generation, pipeline building, and market research — and wants to play a critical part in driving growth.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research target companies in relevant industriesMap key decision-makers within those companies and actively reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedInManage inbound leads from India Mart and other e-commerce platformsGenerate high-quality sales leads consistently through multiple outreach channelsCollaborate with the Sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunitiesConduct market research to uncover new opportunities for revenue growthBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts in coordination with Sales ManagersSupport the organization and execution of industry events across the countryCompile and manage leads, opportunities, and revenue-related data from multiple sourcesAssist in preparing presentations and supporting Sales Managers in client meetings and trainingMaintain strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage prospects effectivelyRun campaigns, nurturing sequences, and content alignment for LinkedIn and other platformsStay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and supply chain challenges faced by pharma & life sciences companiesQualifications2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead GenerationProven expertise in cold outreach, prospecting, and pipeline developmentAt least 1 year of experience in market researchExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with excellent planning abilitiesComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExperience in the pharma and life sciences sector is a strong plusExperience in using CRM toolsIndustry Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and StorageEmployment Type Full-timeEdit job description
