Job Overview:

We seek an Enterprise Architect with a strong background in IT strategy engagements within the healthcare sector. This role demands 8-12 years of relevant experience and willingness to travel to the Middle East for long-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing IT landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend future-state architecture and implementation.
  • Develop enterprise architecture blueprints aligned with healthcare business goals, focusing on interoperability, patient-centric systems, data exchange, and digital health.
  • Drive IT strategy formulation, target operating model design, and large-scale digital transformation roadmaps for hospitals, government health entities, and insurance providers.
  • Design and govern architecture across applications, data, technology, and infrastructure layers.
  • Define and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Understand TOGAF framework, principles, and methodologies for architecture development.
  • SUPPORT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES USING AGILE AND DEVOPS
  • 8-12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on healthcare technology and systems.
  • Consulting background (preferably in Big 4) with client-facing delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF etc.).

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel/deploy to the Middle East (especially KSA/UAE) for long-term assignments.
  • TOGAF (or any other EA) certification (preferred).
