Leading Procurement Specialist

As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of direct materials in support of quality, delivery, cost, risk, and new product development for global businesses. You will serve as the primary point of contact to facilitate engineering, product, quality, and supply chain projects between TASI Measurement businesses and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects related to the purchase of direct materials that align with quality, delivery, cost, risk, and new product development objectives.
  • Collaborate with business groups responsible for supplier relationship communication and negotiate key agreements.
  • Support the supply base by working with business groups on key negotiations, supplier contracts, and their implementation.
  • Identify, contact, and review alternative suppliers, then communicate back to business groups through assessment and auditing with clear recommendations.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, finance, or similar field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in engineering, project management, supply chain, or global procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cultural and geographical boundaries.
