Job Title: Channel Sales Head

Job Overview:

The Channel Sales Head will oversee the development of an effective sourcing organization structure, fostering strategic partnerships with top-tier suppliers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the overall sourcing organization structure
  • Develop incentive frameworks aligned with business objectives
  • Persuade key suppliers to drive quick closures
  • Hire, mentor, and lead sourcing managers and executives
  • Drive supplier engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms
  • Report supplier sourcing contribution distinctly

Deliverables:

  • Sourcing team setup within 6 months
  • 50-70% contribution of sales from suppliers (Ahmedabad benchmark)
  • Strong partnership pipeline
  • Regular supplier meets and event calendar

Ideal Candidate:

  • MBA/Graduate with strong sales background
  • Extensive supplier network across Ahmedabad and Gujarat
  • Proven track record of scaling supplier-driven business
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
