We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Netcore Cloud.

Your role will be to generate leads entirely through outbound processes, starting from generating interest to first customer contact and setting up qualified meetings for our Sales team.

You will build a strong pipeline of Sales Qualified Opportunities by penetrating new accounts, actively analyzing and identifying roadblocks in our customer engagement and retention, and following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects and build relations.

To succeed in this role, you will deploy a mix of high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling techniques to access decision-makers, manage all prospective clients and opportunities in CRM, ensuring accurate logging of communications.

You will redefine outbound strategies and improve conversion rates across the SDR pipeline, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.

We are looking for someone with at least 2-7 years' experience in phone-based, outbound B2B sales development/inside sales roles, excellent proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, and clear, compelling, and personalized communication across email and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong listening skills, writing skills, and the ability to handle rejections efficiently. We also look for candidates with a good understanding of running and executing email drip campaigns, proven ability to undertake in-depth online research, and adaptability to an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
