Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at ITechno HR Solutions. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Source new sales opportunities, generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales.
- Lead Research: Prepare prospect call materials, including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
- Market Analysis: Identify customer buying trends and provide regular reports to management.
- Crm Management: Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
