Job Title: Zendesk Administrator Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Zendesk instance. This role involves configuration, support, and maintenance tasks that are crucial to ensuring seamless customer interactions. You will work closely with other teams to enhance efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities: • Provide operational and administrative support within Zendesk and integrated applications by adhering to best practices and change management processes. • Identify, install, configure, and maintain applications in Zendesk to meet business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create specific workflow configurations. • Review triggers, automations, views, and macros to ensure outdated items are deactivated or updated. • Capture relevant analytics to drive process improvement and measure agent performance. • Pull and interpret audit logs for troubleshooting and bug resolution. • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support KPIs and business needs. • Define and maintain agent roles per business requirements. • Audit agent permissions and ensure access is appropriate. • Manage agents, including creating, deactivation, role reassignment, and deactivation. • Maintain Zendesk data integrity by employing defined processes and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience as a Zendesk System Administrator. • Experience with Zendesk Suite apps (Talk, Chat, and Sell). • Experience working in multi-brand enabled environments. • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to multitask. • Resourceful and creative problem solver. • Strong team player able to work with minimal or no supervision. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and deliver timely accurate results.
