Customer Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Account Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, encouraging subscription purchases, and resolving outstanding overages. This role involves contacting customers whose trials have expired, facilitating purchases, processing orders, and addressing account issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to resolve outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
  • Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and sends purchase confirmation.
  • Coordinate account suspensions for non-response as needed, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.
  • Generate reports on conversion rates from trials to purchases, accounts suspended due to non-response, and other key metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in customer service and proficiency with CRM systems are also essential.
