We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, creating and delivering presentations, providing customer service, and account management.

  • Responsibilities include managing key client accounts, taking ownership of deliverables while following client delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team.
  • Coordinate and plan for pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities.
  • Manage the digital marketing and social media content calendar every month.
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for both AuraKomms & AuraShots.
  • Manage social media accounts with engaging content and regular updates.
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry.
