We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves managing customer relationships, executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and supporting business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate and clean data segmentation for effective customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Develop and execute Cross-Channel Campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze Customer Insights and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
- Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Support Loyalty and Retention Programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Streamline CRM Processes and Workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase).
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to Detail with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
