Customer Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves managing customer relationships, executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and supporting business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate and clean data segmentation for effective customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute Cross-Channel Campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze Customer Insights and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Support Loyalty and Retention Programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Streamline CRM Processes and Workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase).
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to Detail with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
