Guest Relations Manager
Job DescriptionAs a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to high-profile guests. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest relations team, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, including reviewing records, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Plan and coordinate events, such as VIP arrivals and departures, ensuring that all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for guest relations operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Administer administrative tasks, including coordination with government agencies, concessionaires, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate the guest relations team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational performance, implement process improvements, and drive business growth.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
