About the RoleThis role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing compensation structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and managing compensation structures (fixed, variable, incentives, retention plans).
- Conducting benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Designing and managing employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
- Evaluating the effectiveness of benefits and recommending changes in line with employee needs and cost optimization.
- Driving annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts).
- Partnering with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing compensation strategies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
