About This Role

This position is responsible for processing payroll for restaurant team members at assigned locations.

  • Process, audit, review, and reconcile payrolls to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain excellent customer service through prompt responses to inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related information
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and research complex issues

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred
  • 1-2 years of payroll experience required
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Processing: Process multi-state payroll for assigned locations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  2. Customer Service: Provide timely and professional responses to payroll-related inquiries from team members and management.
  3. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll-related information.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with operations teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and research complex issues.
