Fusion HCM Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plans for 100 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements and related business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration, and deployment.
- Working with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements.
- Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT.
- Collaborating with data teams to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or external tables.
- Providing support on WFA-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Oracle Cloud Compensation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
