Job Profile:

We are seeking an experienced lead with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM to spearhead our team's efforts in implementing and delivering end-to-end solutions.

  • 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in human capital management covering the entire lifecycle
  • Experience in 1 or more of these areas: organizational planning, payroll, talent management, benefits administration, oracle cloud, security, helpdesk
  • In-depth understanding of human capital management cloud business processes and data flows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to project managers
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems
