Job Description:

As a seasoned Oracle Fusion expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Time and Labor functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing OTL fast formulas.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.

You will leverage your understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to deliver seamless solutions.
