About this role:

We are seeking a talented individual to serve as our Client Engagement Representative. In this position, you will be the initial point of contact for new clients, providing a warm welcome and exceptional customer service through video consultations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, guiding them toward their health goals while fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct video consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Listen actively to clients' challenges and concerns, offering tailored guidance and support
  • Communicate FUME's holistic health approach in a clear and concise manner, highlighting its benefits and value proposition
  • Provide personalized recommendations for next steps, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the client journey
  • Maintain accurate records of all consultations, leveraging data insights to inform future strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent graduates or final-year students in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields
  • Candidates from Life Sciences or Nutrition backgrounds with a strong interest in holistic health are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet
