About the Role

As a seasoned Client Services Director, you will be responsible for spearheading our client relationships in India and beyond. This role demands excellence in building trust with senior client stakeholders, driving delivery teams to stay ahead of the curve, and fostering long-term growth.

  • Own key relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts
  • Guide internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet business needs
  • Anticipate client requirements and provide proactive solutions to drive revenue growth
  • Balancing commercial acumen with creative vision to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners
What We Are Looking For
  • 12+ years of experience in client service, preferably in B2B marketing agencies
  • Strong ability to lead high-level discussions with CMOs and marketing leaders
  • Proven track record of managing multi-market accounts and driving commercial growth
  • Ability to balance detail and direction while maintaining a forward-thinking approach
