Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outreach Development Professional to drive awareness and engagement for various programs across India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, marketing, or a related field, with 3-4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.
- Represent our client at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position the brand as a top choice for business and tech education.
- Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.
- Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
Candidate Profile:
- A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
Key Requirements:
- 2-8 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
- Ability to work on a freelance basis with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India.
