About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic role that involves managing strategic school engagement programs.

You will plan, execute, and manage events & activities in collaboration with our partner schools, creating meaningful connections between students, educators, and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Design and Management: Design and manage student engagement activities in schools, fostering a love for learning and academic excellence.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials that effectively convey program impact and progress.
  • Impact Evaluation: Monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements, ensuring continuous growth and enhancement of our initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Strong Presentation and design skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Event Planning and operations management expertise, allowing for seamless execution of large-scale events and programs.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively, prioritizing goals and delivering results-oriented outcomes.
