  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams and within our organization.
  • Drive business development and practice management initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Business Development: Support partners/directors in building practices.
  • Project Management: Deliver engagements with strong PMO skills and high-pressure environment experience.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Behavioural Skills:

  • Build collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making and stakeholder management.
  • Maintain business relationships.
