Seeking a relationship manager to lead business development and foster strategic partnerships in the wholesale banking department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to drive growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales of secured and unsecured business loans.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Certification in sales or finance (optional).
