Job Overview

The Head of Procurement will lead and manage all procurement activities across the organization to support real estate and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals for real estate projects, retail products, and related categories.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process including vendor identification, selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
  • Establish procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficient, transparent, and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with project teams, operations, design, and finance departments to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
  • Analyze procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with budgetary controls.
  • Develop long-term sourcing strategies for key categories like construction materials, interiors, furniture, fixtures, and retail-related inventories.
  • Evaluate suppliers' financial health, delivery performance, and quality benchmarks to mitigate procurement risks.
  • Implement technology-driven procurement solutions, ERP systems, and dashboards to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all supplier contracts and procurement activities.
  • Report procurement performance, cost savings, supplier scorecards, and procurement KPIs to top management.
  • Foster a high-performing procurement team through leadership, mentoring, and development.
