Job Title: Chief Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Chief Operations Manager.

  • Leads and directs the strategic and operational development of internal audit and assurance services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Audit Plan
  • Prepares a comprehensive internal audit plan by correctly identifying key risk areas and obtaining timely approval from the Audit Committee.
  • Identifies new themes to be added to the proposed internal audit plan and conducts risk-based audits to ensure quality reviews and effective reporting of observations.
  • Manages the audit process to ensure compliance with established procedures, including methodical documentation of work plans, testing results, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Ensures consistency between the results of other external audits and the in-house team's work, minimizing material differences.
  • Provides recommendations for process improvements to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, adequacy, and reliability of internal controls and procedures.
  • Follows up on findings and corrective actions, assisting process owners in implementing practical solutions to improve operational efficiencies and overall control posture.
Revenue Assurance Model and Automation in Audits
  • Prepares a comprehensive revenue assurance model, ensuring quality reviews, effective reporting, and timely completion and implementation.
  • Develops a plan for concurrent auditing of different types of payouts and functionalities through automation.
  • Drives automation in selected areas of audit that are of recurring nature, increasing accuracy while reducing processing timelines.
  • Participates actively in assurance reviews as required by Senior Management and the Audit Committee.
