About the Role

As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the implementation and launch of new products, services, campaigns, and initiatives within our organization.

This pivotal role ensures that all operational aspects - people, processes, and technology - are fully prepared and optimized before go-live, minimizing risks and maximizing business impact.

You will serve as the critical bridge between strategy, development, and execution, driving cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective operational readiness framework for all initiatives, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify operational impacts, define requirements, and ensure seamless transitions for new launches.
  • Proactively identify potential operational risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans to ensure smooth deployment and minimize disruption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational readiness, building strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Define clear operational handoff criteria and ensure necessary documentation, training, and support structures are in place for teams post-launch.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational readiness efforts, driving continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on operational readiness excellence, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
