Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the BFSI domain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and client engagements.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive top-line growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead sales and pre-sales efforts, including proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Key Requirements:
  • 13-18 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management in the BFSI domain.
  • Proven success in consulting or IT services sales within the Indian GCC ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of GCC operating models, decision-making hierarchies, and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Established network within the BFSI GCC space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
