Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to drive efficiency and continuous improvement efforts within our Distribution & Wholesale product group.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in wholesale sales and technology, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Distribution & Wholesale product group to implement Agile methodology and facilitate continuous improvements.
  • Analyze and document business processes and technical requirements, including solution design, configuration, security, and more.
  • Develop clear documentation for new solutions and ensure Subject Matter Experts are adequately trained.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders during 90-day sprint planning sessions and project implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for BAU issues.
  • Communicate regularly with business partners and team members across multiple time zones.
  • Work closely with internal and external development teams on application design changes and issues.
  • Adhere to a strict change control policy for all application developments and configurations.
  • Lead QA efforts by designing and executing regression tests in support of system upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale sales and technology required.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and deliver technical business solutions.
  • Experience working via the Agile methodology preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to create business process documents, technical specifications, and training materials.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and data sets to support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Logical thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
