Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our custom web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business requirements and validate their feasibility
  • Provide high-quality customer support and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Analyze complex technical problems and make informed decisions under pressure
  • Contribute to team planning activities and backlog prioritization
  • Identify and escalate application issues or risks to the team
  • Improve development processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and develop strategies for emerging demands
  • Drive innovation/adoption of industry practices through investigation/institutionalization of new tools/methods/standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document support processes and solutions
Requirements
  • Master / bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience
  • Proficiency in monitoring and diagnosing application issues using APM solutions
  • Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Knowledge of tools/platform such as ASP.NET, C#, SQL, EPiServer CMS, REST API, Azure-OAuth, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines
  • Experience in GIT and scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automating support tasks and workflows
  • Expertise in analyzing application logs to identify errors, exceptions, and performance indicators
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Solutions Development, Digital Experience
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps teams
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve application-related incidents
