Cloud Support Role Overview:

The Cloud Support Manager is a strategic leadership position that requires a strong combination of technical skills and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud-based support services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support to clients.

This role involves working closely with our team to ensure seamless support to client needs, requiring strong leadership and technical skills to plan, organize, and execute projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based support services
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including presentation and communication
  • Coordinating meetings, documenting interactions, and following up on next steps
  • Diligence in follow-up and follow-through on tasks and projects
  • Creating and updating project plans, including presentation and communication
  • Organizing work to achieve positive outcomes and encouraging the use of agile work management processes

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Clarity in thoughts and actions, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and internal teams
  • Proactivity and follow-ups to drive results-oriented projects
  • Closely working with the Product team to align on production issues and push for timely product release
