Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues related to their vehicles.

About the Role:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers' concerns and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.

  2. Assist customers with vehicle-related issues, including mechanical, electrical, or software-related problems.

  3. Collaborate with service centers, mechanics, or technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

  4. Raise and track warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

  5. Offer first-level technical troubleshooting guidance based on customer feedback.

  6. Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved and ensure high satisfaction.

  7. Maintain records of all interactions, complaints, issues, and solutions using CRM tools.

  8. Evaluate and escalate complex cases to higher technical support or warranty teams when necessary.

  9. Stay updated with the latest vehicle technologies, company policies, and warranty terms.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate degree from any stream; preference given to candidates with an automotive or technical background.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer support, automotive services, or warranty handling preferred.

  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English; other regional languages are a plus.

  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems or prior experience in an auto-related role is an advantage.
