As a lead, paid account manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and success across various categories. Your key objective will be to leverage data insights, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives that align with our business goals.

You should have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In addition, you will need to demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to take calculated risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category-level growth plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Manage seller/category level goals through relevant business insights, data analysis, and market research.
  • Lead high-performing teams, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience for sellers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives, strategies, and priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • More than 4 years of experience in account management or inside sales, with at least 2 years in people management.
  • Proven ability to manage business operations by the numbers, with a focus on metrics-driven decision making.
  • Experience in developing and implementing new strategies, procedures, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sellers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in e-commerce, advertising, or media.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in performing ambiguous tasks without guidance and support.
