Ecommerce Operations Manager
Description:We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform.
- Listing Management: Ensure all product listings are accurate and up-to-date, including product descriptions, prices, and images.
- Price Management: Monitor and manage product pricing across multiple platforms to ensure competitiveness and maximize revenue.
- Purchase Order (PO) Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms for our business.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring optimal supply chain efficiency.
- MIS and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns to drive sales and growth.
- Recommendations and Strategy: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions on product assortment, pricing, and inventory management.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure we remain competitive.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and experiences.
- Event Planning and Negotiation: Plan and negotiate events to drive sales and revenue.
- Post Sale Discounting Re-concilliation: Manage post-sale discounts and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Competition Analysis: Analyze competitor activity, including product offerings, pricing, and promotions, to inform our strategy.
- Review Analysis and ORM Management: Monitor and analyze customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize our online reputation.
- Financial Reconciliation: Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- HR and Hiring: Support the hiring process for open positions within the team.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in ecommerce operations, product management, or analytics.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
