About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing order processing, dispatch, and warehouse coordination. You will work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries across India and collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and maintain efficient stock turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchase orders from e-commerce platforms, coordinating closely with warehouses to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Liaise with warehouse teams for goods receipt scheduling, stock availability, and timely dispatch, resolving discrepancies when necessary
• Partner with logistics teams to oversee timely deliveries across India, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and maintain efficient stock turnover
• Track key metrics like fill rates and delivery timelines, providing actionable insights to improve operational performance
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain, ideally in the e-commerce or quick commerce industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data interpretation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
