As we aggressively scale our ecommerce operations, we're looking for a performance-driven Ecommerce Key Account Manager focused exclusively on Flipkart to drive topline growth.
Role Overview
As the Ecommerce Growth Manager - Flipkart(Brand/Product Seller Side), you will be responsible for managing Rasayanam's growth and performance on Flipkart.
The role demands strong experience in
Flipkart Seller Hub, advertising (PLA), and performance metrics.
While Flipkart is the primary focus, experience with platforms such as Amazon, 1mg, or quick commerce players will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
•
• Own and drive revenue
growth on Flipkart
by managing campaigns, pricing, listings, and promotions
•
•
Plan and execute Flipkart PLA (Product Listing Ads) campaigns
to
meet ROI and sales targets
•
•
Manage end-to-end operations for the Flipkart account: listings, ratings, cataloging, order flow, and visibility planning
•
• Collaborate with content, creative, and supply chain teams to ensure inventory hygiene and accurate listings
•
• Monitor competitor activity, identify growth opportunities, and respond to platform algorithm changes
•
• Track performance metrics and submit actionable weekly/monthly reports to leadership
•
• Work closely with Flipkart category managers for maximizing participation in events and optimizing organic ranks
Requirements
•
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
•
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Flipkart account management (Seller Hub, Ads, Campaigns, Growth)
•
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and tools (ads, conversion funnels, category performance)
•
• Excellent Excel and dashboard/reporting skills
•
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and driven by targets
•
• Willingness to work full-time from Sector 54 Chowk, Gurugram
•
• Available to join immediately or within 30 days
