Canarys, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Sales Head to accelerate the growth of sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and submitting solutions sales, RFPs, and related sales documents, collaborating with senior teams to set revenue goals and company strategy, and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Creating strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels
  • Collaborating with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies
  • Understanding the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Defining and executing sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs

Requirements

  • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams
  • Generate and maintain accurate Account and Opportunity plans
  • Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning, and marketing processes
