With 4-7 years of experience, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes in a Global Capability Center (GCC) / Shared Services environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning, developing sourcing strategies, and utilizing analytics tools for reporting and insights.

Required skills include proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), strong stakeholder management capabilities, exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms, and experience in campus hiring programs.

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that meet business objectives.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop strategic workforce plans, and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement to attract top talent.
  • Vendor Management: Optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
