Key Collections Specialist Position

About the Role:

This is an opportunity for individuals with a background in international business process outsourcing (BPO) voice processes, particularly those who have experience in collections or customer support.

  • We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented professionals to join our 3rd Party Collections Process team.

Responsibilities include handling outbound and inbound calls for collections in line with client policies, following up with customers on overdue accounts, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments, meeting productivity and quality benchmarks, and providing timely updates and escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements for the role include at least one year of experience in an International BPO voice process, preferably in collections or customer service, a strong command of spoken English with a neutral or US/UK accent, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Beyond these essential qualifications, successful candidates will possess the capacity to analyze complex situations, build rapport with customers, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
