Phone Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Phone Representative. This role is ideal for those who are confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and looking for a role with training, structure, and growth potential.

About the Role:
  • You will engage with warm leads through high-volume outbound calls using our dialer.
  • Introduce our service and assist with scheduling appointments for licensed insurance professionals.
  • Follow a step-by-step script to guide conversations and track call results in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach goals with support from your team lead.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to stay positive on calls.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote tools.
  • Stable internet connection, electricity, and access to a computer.
  • Experience in phone support, telemarketing, call center work, or similar is a plus.
