Job Overview

The role of Process Optimization Lead focuses on spearheading the implementation of lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and minimize waste within a manufacturing setting.

This position will lead strategic process improvement projects, incorporating techniques such as definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, and control to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize quality improvement projects in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Communicate project progress to various groups and individuals, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Provide expert guidance on statistical analysis and change management strategies

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Process Optimization Lead will be expected to facilitate group discussions, develop effective communication plans, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements and Qualifications
