Job Description:

Maintenance professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of plant utilities, mechanical systems, and equipment across various facilities. This key position is responsible for overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, utility, and process equipment.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with maintaining and upkeeping critical utilities, leading the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and systems, managing high-voltage/low-voltage electrical systems, supervising mechanical utilities and process equipment, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring all maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.

Root Cause Analysis skills are essential for identifying and resolving underlying issues in equipment failures and system inefficiencies. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is also required for tracking, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities. Additionally, strong documentation and compliance skills are necessary for maintaining technical documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance records. Energy management awareness is also important for understanding energy-efficient practices and optimizing utility consumption.

This role requires a high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, compliance, and innovation intersect.
