Job Description:\

To provide technical support for process optimization, focusing on batch cycle time reduction and product yield improvement. We aim to sustain business profitability by monitoring and optimizing production costs while minimizing losses.

Our primary focus is on enhancing capacity and improving existing processes through solvent recovery, resulting in increased efficiency.

Expertise in basic and detailed engineering activities, including energy and mass balance, PFD, P&ID, equipment sizing, utility requirement and techno-commercial evaluation are required.

We commit to introducing new technologies in line with best manufacturing practices, driving innovation and growth.

The role requires familiarity with heat and mass balance calculations and utility requirements for processes.

Key areas of expertise include product mapping, equipment selection and facility creation, along with a systematic approach to compiling experimental observations and analytical results.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to execute and validate new processes successfully.

Effective planning and timely execution of process engineering initiatives, including trial and validation of batches, are critical components of this role.

The ideal candidate will conceive various improvement schemes, conduct process feasibility studies and develop techno-commercial proposals.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology is required for this position.
