Job Opportunity:

The Operations Excellence Manager position involves overseeing and optimizing end-to-end business operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

This role encompasses client management, people & performance management, and cross-functional team leadership, focusing on process efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and business growth.

Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Business Transformation: Design and implement an operational excellence framework best suited for the industry.
  • Operational Efficiency: Formulate and manage detailed KPI tables across all businesses in the e-commerce domain.
  • Process Improvement: Improve internal business/operational processes by identifying and leading improvement initiatives.
  • Service Delivery: Provide service delivery support to process owners, including people management, performance tracking/financial analysis, and ensuring teams adhere to standards.
Project and Team Management:
  • Oversee Multiple Projects: Ensure timely delivery and quality standards for multiple projects across different Lines of Business (LOBs).
  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of 20+ members, including Business Analysts, Process Excellence Leads/AMs, and content developers.
Operational and Process Excellence:
  • Process Standardization: Identify process gaps and implement efficiency-driven solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal and client-defined SLAs.
Requirements:
  • Assistant Manager or Manager Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are required.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated project management skills are necessary.
  • Automation Tools: Extensive understanding of automation tools is required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification: Lean Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
  • Industry Experience: E-commerce industry experience is an added advantage.
