**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled HRBP to lead our talent management and succession planning initiatives in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying strategies to control attrition, manage talent, and drive employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
- Design and deploy succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention and productivity.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
- MBA degree with a focus on HR or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP or a related role.
- Proven track record of success in talent management and succession planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
