We are building the world's first Autonomous AI Chief Marketing Officer, helping marketers run high-ROI campaigns without needing data science, engineering, or agencies. Our team is looking for a Growth Engineer to own our go-to-market automation stack and bring engineering discipline to sales & marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach using Python and tools like n8n/Zapier. They will also integrate AI APIs into go-to-market workflows for personalization & lead scoring.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach.
  • Integrating AI APIs into go-to-market workflows.
  • Cleaning and modeling data to support ideal customer profile design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
  • Rapidly experimenting with growth hacks.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in automation engineering, growth operations, or data engineering, and strong skills in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).

Additional requirements include:

  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools and integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI APIs.
  • A startup mindset: scrappy, fast, outcome-oriented.
