Job Title: Quality Assurance Strategist

Job Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Strategist, you will lead the overall quality strategy, ensuring high-quality delivery in Agile projects. This role requires 9–12 years of experience in Functional and Automation Testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Overall QA Strategy: Ensure high-quality delivery in Agile projects.
  • Define and Implement Test Strategies: Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for both manual and automated testing.
  • Drive Automation Initiatives: Drive automation initiatives using Selenium with Java and enhance test frameworks.
  • Manage and Execute API Testing: Manage and execute API testing for integration and end-to-end validations.
  • Perform SQL-Based Data Validation: Perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing for accuracy.
  • Leverage Python Scripting: Leverage Python scripting for test data management, masking, and automation utilities.
  • Maintain Best Practices: Ensure the adoption of testing frameworks and maintain best practices.
  • Integrate Automated Test Suites: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) for continuous quality checks.
  • Mentor QA Engineers: Mentor QA engineers, track/report quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Selenium with Java: Proficiency in Selenium with Java for test automation.
  • API Testing: Strong expertise in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).
  • Advanced SQL Skills: Advanced SQL skills for data validation and back-end testing.
  • Python Scripting: Hands-on Python scripting for automation and test data handling.
  • CICD Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) and Agile methodology.
