HR Operations Manager

This is a full-time role responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and overseeing various HR management tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Oversee recruitment processes and coordinate job postings.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop training programs and improve employee performance.
- Requirements:
- HR Management and HR Operations skills.
- Experience in handling Employee Relations and HR Policies.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in the industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
